Annual Maintenance and Repairs Service

Ranin Infosystem LLP warrants the hardware for a period of one year from the date of invoice against any manufacturing defects. However, the warranty does not cover cables, adapters, or batteries. It is essential to house the hardware in a dust-free environment with proper ventilation and connect it to uninterrupted power supply points. Printheads originally provided with the printers will be replaced on a pro-rata basis.

Extended Warranty: We offer extended warranty options that range from one to two years with or without spare parts for printers, and one to five years with or without spare parts for scanners and data collectors, at an additional cost.

Please note that the following are excluded from the warranty coverage:
– Improper usage of the printers.
– Usage by untrained personnel.
– Use or modification carried out by third parties.
– Problems related to electricity supply or improper electricity supply rating.
– The use of damaged cards or consumables.
– Fire, accidents, theft, or natural disasters.
– Use of unapproved or third-party consumables.
– Software viruses.

Our Help Desk and Incident Management Group is dedicated to restoring service to defined service levels as quickly as possible. We receive and process service requests, keeping users informed about the status of their incidents at regular intervals. Our well-trained service team provides nationwide support, offering technical assistance, genuine spare parts, repair services, and on-site Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to ensure maximum uptime for your mission-critical applications.

Our experienced Ranin Infosystem LLP service engineers are available to assist customers during business hours from Monday to Saturday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. Our support team aims to respond to requests within 8 business hours and work towards resolving the issue through telephone support, online assistance (via TeamViewer), or on-site visits if necessary. 

Annual Maintenance Contracts:
Our field service team offers cost-effective AMC or SLA (Service Level Agreement) programs designed to cater to the specific needs of our customers. We provide nationwide coverage across India for multiple locations or sites. Our on-site service agreement programs include the following benefits:

Comprehensive AMC:
– Service includes spare parts and labor (excluding printhead).
– Covers all mechanical parts such as gears, rollers, and belts.
– Four scheduled general service visits per year.
– 8-hour turnaround time* for any printer breakdowns.
– Non-comprehensive AMC:
– Service includes AMC coverage excluding spare parts and printhead.
– Four scheduled general service visits per year.
– Service will be provided in case of any printer breakdowns, and the cost of spares will be charged separately.
– Next business day response.

Repair Services:
Comprehensive repair services are available for products purchased from us. Our National Repair Center (NRC) handles the service, and the standard depot repair turnaround time is usually within 7 business days.
